Westfield Shop for your School campaign winners

Hundreds of kids are enjoying new computers, sports gear and photography equipment courtesy of the Westfield Shop for your School campaign.

The 6 week project saw shoppers donating their receipts to the schools of their choice.

Schools with the most receipts got a share of the various prizes on offer during a special presentation at West City in Henderson this month.

Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Te Kotuku won first place in the 300 pupils and under category folowed by Taupaki and Rutherford primaries.

Holy Cross won in the 300 pupils and over division with Henderson Valley in second place and Western Heights School at third.

"We'd like to thank the thousands of children , parents, teachers and principals who took part in this year's campaign and hope the winning schools will put their new educational equipment to good use," Westfield spokeswoman Linda Trainer says.
