Rutherford College Sports' Awards

Major winners: Rutherford College's sports coordinator, Noah Pickens, Jonathan Ratcliffe, Lewis Wild, Samantha Roebeck, Sarah Bailey, Casey White and ex-All Black, Sam Tuitupou.

Ex-All Black Sam Tuitupou presented 50 sporting awards at Rutherford College's 10th annual sports dinner held at Henderson's Trusts Stadium on October 17.

The Auckland rugby captain and Te Atatu resident was also the guest speaker for a crowd of  300, which included teaching staff, students and family.

The major winners were: Service and Contribution to Sport Award - Stephanie Roebeck. Junior Sportswomen of the Year - Casey White (netball). Junior Sportsman of the Year - Jonathan Ratcliffe (golf) Senior Sportswomen - Sarah Bailey (netball). Senior Sportsman - Lewis Wild ( Water Polo). Supreme Award - Dux Ludorum - Samantha Roebeck (Softball)
