Foundation pupils return to Holy Cross

Maureen Flanagan and Joyce Marinovich have relived their first day at school.

The woman joined new entrants at Holy Cross School in Henderson for the start of term one - sharing memories of their own time there as foundation pupils.

Both were just five when the school was officially opened by catholic bishop James Liston in 1932.

They are now helping promote the 75th Jubilee to be held on Queens Birthday weekend.
